But columnist Laura Berman, who previously reported Mathis has a learning disability and is unable to write a coherent sentence, took aim at the "school board of low expectations."

The guy can't write, kicked off a meeting by masturbating in front of the attendees, and actually had his actions justified by the body that elected him...because they didn't know if anyone took offense?

today Detroit's police chief resigned unexpectedly. Who wants to bet there are indictments coming down the pike?

I don't see how the circus could top the actions of the school chief. If he had to 1 up to get the better job I can only imagine what it would actually take for the police chief to preemptively quit to somehow avoid shaming him or others.

I am sure it will end along the lines of "Pretty neat gig. Whadda ya call it?....the aristocrats."
